The above prices include green fees, power carts w/GPS, golfer’s grab bag (ask coordinator for details), dinner and all taxes & service charges per person.
All entrees include: choice of soup or salad (traditional Caesar or mixed greens), fresh vegetable medley, potatoes or rice, and dessert, with tea or coffee.
For your interest we host tournaments on the Upper course only. There are some limited dates available throughout the year on which we will accept Valley course tournaments. We have a fully equipped putting green & practice area. Our clubhouse is equipped with shower facilities, a fully stocked pro-shop, (ask your coordinator about great discounts for tournament prizes) snack bar and lounge area.
Tournaments are booked on a first come basis, so I would encourage you to book early in order that you may get the date you desire. A $500.00 deposit and a signed contract are required to confirm your date.
Number of golfers and meals must be confirmed 7 days prior to the actual tee-off and minimum billing will be based on these numbers. Full payment must be received before the first group tees off.
Prime time weekend/holiday mornings are available for tournaments, just add $5 per person, on top of our weekend afternoon rate. For eg… a weekend/holiday morning tournament, with a half roast chicken dinner, would be $104.50 p.p.
Also available upon request are specialty food stations for your players for before or after your event. For eg., pad Thai station, harvest station, wild mushroom station, soup/salad/pasta station, deli meat/sandwich station, boxed lunches for on the course, hor’s doeurves, etc… We strive to customize your tournament or event the way you want it and can accommodate most any request you have with proper notice.
